THE WAY IT ALL STARTED Angela Muspratt-Williams, Elizabeth Gorimbo, Ricardo Speelman and Vusisizwe Mpu mail Angela ELSIE'S RIVER Artists from Elsies River were discussing a way forward for the Performing Arts Outreach Project. We, as a Team, came up with a name New Elsies River Arts (NERA), calling it the "NERA Foundation". We are currently embarking on a Journey to establish artists that need a platform to showcase their talents. Artist Garth Field who took part in the Elsies River Got Talent Show won the "Dance Division". Garth is a member of PANSA and so are the other members of the Group. Embarking on this journey is exiting for all of us and will take this, my initiative to another level and uplift those less fortunate youth who think that they don’t have enough resources. We actually had a Front Page Story through Tygerburger written by Gary Van Dyk on the 02 November. We will be having a Show on the 08 December at the CWD office in Clarke Estate.
